A facilitated workshop where we will get to take a closer look at ourselves, and the lives of the people around us, and realize that we are not alone. We will dig deeper into our own experiences and realize the many ways we are all connected, as well as ways to support each other.

Radiant rest : better sleeping habits

A great morning starts the night before. In this workshop we will discuss the benefits to good sleep, habits that make it hard, how to establish easy habits to make each nights rest feel better, and ways to overcome some sleep challenges.

 

Mindful eating workshops

Learn the basics to a healthy balanced diet. No fancy calorie counting, or special foods diets. Just basic tools to eat mindfully and shift your baseline of health, so you can enjoy your meals, and be healthier in the process.

mental health first Aid training

Certified by the National Institute of Mental Health, we will go through the basics of mental health first aid as a first responder for the young people in our lives. With this, you will have the tools, resources, and skills to help in a mental health crisis, and point them in the direction of further support and care.

 

Alternative Therapeutics Exploration

This is a six-week series exploring alternative therapies in mind-body medicine. We will address concerns around starting therapy as well as ways we can help ourselves in the process. We explore the connection between mindfulness movement and meditation as a daily practice in our lives. We will introduce practices such as emotional freedom tapping, yoga, and reiki.
