What is a Holistic wellness coach?

A wellness coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients' health.

 Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, they will look at their clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.

As someone who helps you joyously achieve the goals you really want, we will touch on your past, but focus on how to create a fulfilling, exciting future where you can claim your achievements and silence your inner negative voices.

When we partner together, I’ll empower you to take concrete, actionable steps to gain the confidence and clarity you need to show up for yourself, build mental fitness, and move through your dream life with confidence.

What is your process like?

First, we check in on what is going well with you. Then, we discuss any obstacles you have been having and create ways to overcome those obstacles or reframe the situation if needed. We will introduce any new information topics or discoveries and experience the exercises in real time. After that, we share any insights we’ve found and conclude with actionable steps for next time. Through our time working together, we will incorporate alternative and integrated therapies such as yoga, reiki, and movement based upon your unique goals and needs.
